Dignified cosiness, combined with everything a beer drinker's heart desires, can be found in the brewery of the Spreewälder Privatbrauerei 1788. Here you can find Spreewald groats sausage, Schlepziger cream curd and hearty brewery schnitzel up to a full meal - 364 days a year.

Our beer garden is probably the most popular place to rest and relax among day-trippers and holidaymakers in the SPREEWALDRESORT Seinerzeit.

In our restaurant Feine Küche ZUM GRÜNEN STRAND DER SPREE we offer you excellent Spreewald cuisine as well as fish and seasonal specialties in a cultivated atmosphere and rural ambience. The restaurant has a veranda with 16 seats, a dining room with 42 seats and the saloon with up to 55 seats. The room is designed for celebrations for up to 80 people. In the warm months you can enjoy it on the chestnut terrace - under the imposing shade.

Absack-Bar

There are many special impressions in the Spreewald - for example, the diving of the beaver in the Spree rivers or the many storks that can be found here to mate.

But in the evening, when the fog moves over the haystack, there is a place that invites you to "drop it". Stop by the Absack-Bar, enjoy a few drinks, and indulge yourself in what the new day may bring.

Plons Hütte

The Sorbian lucky dragon "Plon" brings - according to Wendish legend - unexpected wealth into the house if you feed him with millet porridge. With a little luck and patience, you can see him sitting on the haystack in the evening or flying over the Spree meadows. Plons Hütte not only provides the dragon with all kinds of delicacies, but also our excursion guests, cyclists, hikers and guests of the connected punt port can relax here, take a break and fortify themselves with drinks and food for the rest of the way.

Hutessen

Enjoy social get-togethers in a rustic brewery atmosphere! At the Schlepziger Hutessen you can expect a hearty set table with a large iron hat, which we fill in its brim with hearty soup and delicious vegetables. Put the meat prepared by us (beef, pork and chicken) on the hot hat and let it sizzle according to your wishes. We also serve you fresh salad, homemade dips, delicious farmer's potatoes with Spreewald cream curd and freshly baked brewery bread. Enjoy an unforgettable evening! But be careful: if a piece of meat falls off your hat, the brewery bell will ring very quickly and that means for you - free fruit brandy for everyone at the table - at your expense!
